We have a huge area of 5625 sq.metre and equipped with fully automatic equipments, advance testing facility backed by excellent logistics support. With a massive manufacturing capacity of aluminum automotive components, we are able to cater varied needs of our reputed automobile manufacturing companies and OEMs. We have excellent power back up with two gensets of 500 KVA and 380 KVA each which provides uninterrupted power supply. Besides, we have three cooling towers, two RO Water treatment plant and two air compressors that ensure continuous air supply to our pneumatic machines.

We have 2 centralized melting furnaces with the capacity of 3 Tons/hour & 1.5 Ton /hour. Wyan Industries has one tower melting furnace with the capacity of 1.2 Ton/hour. Our machining section comprises of 5 CNC Turning Machines, 10 Drilling Machines, 5 Tapping Machines, 3 SPMs and VMC has recently ordered. Our surface treatment section has an excellent set of machines like sand blasting machine, shot blasting machine, vibro pneumatic machine and Dryer with heater and Media. Our tool room is equipped with all necessary conventional machines.
